Eide Industries was hired by Theriac
Enterprises, LLC to fabricate and install a
tensioned entrance canopies at the 21st Century
Oncology Cancer Center in Yucca Valley,
California. The purpose of the project was to
enhance and compliment the architecture of the
new facility while providing 1,222 square feet
of weather protection above the main entrance
and patient drop-off zone.
This 47' Long x 25' High x 26' Projection
tensile structure is covered with Ferrari 1302
T2 fabric and was designed with hemisphere dome
end struts. Unique and stylish steel membrane
clamp plates were rolled and fabricated to
sustain the dome shape of the fabric ends of the
canopy and avoid unsightly wrinkles. |
