PROJECT SUMMARY
This saddle shaped entry canopy was donated to the Los Alamitos Medical Center by a former patient who was very impressed with his treatment from the hospital. Without the use of a designer or architect, Tension Structures was given full reign to provide an elegant and unique entry canopy in a true design-build scenario. The main canopy is accompanied by two smaller saddle shades that nest just below. They overlap just enough to allow water to shingle out to the canopy perimeter.
